Participants must be students or professionals from recognised institutions or organizations.
All participants must complete the online registration form and pay the applicable registration fee before the deadline.
Filling out the registration form and making the payment does not guarantee confirmation of participation in the event.
Final participation will be confirmed via an official confirmation email sent by the QuantumX organising team. If a participant is not confirmed, the registration fee will be refunded online to the original mode of payment.
Incomplete, false, or incorrect information may lead to cancellation of registration.
All uploaded ID cards must be valid. If found invalid, the registration will be cancelled and the participant may be disqualified.
Participants are expected to maintain discipline and follow all event rules and guidelines.
Any form of misconduct, cheating, or violation of rules will result in immediate disqualification.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and personal safety during the event.
The organisers and management reserve the right to verify details and confirm or reject registrations. All decisions taken by the organisers will be final. Registration alone does not guarantee entry to any live sessions, performances, or special segments of the event.
